​I booked a stay at this hotel expecting a clean, safe place to rest after my father's funeral. Instead, my son and I were subjected to a room that was absolutely filthy and a danger to basic health. The room and hallways smelled strongly of mold and rot. The carpets were severely stained, the walls and bathroom fixtures were cracked and peeling, and the furniture was broken and deeply soiled. ​I have extensive photographic evidence documenting the hazardous and unsanitary conditions of this room. This establishment is completely unfit for occupancy. ​Management needs to contact me immediately to process a full refund. If this issue is not resolved, these images and a formal complaint will be submitted directly to the Rockland County Department of Health and local code enforcement.

Pillows were stained. We smell smoke in halls, Carpets were stained. The place was not clean and had a smell.

The only thing good about this hotel was the location it was Central to where I had to be I will never stay here again I booked two rooms for 3 days each

They offer nothing but two beds or one depending on the room you book there's not a cup or a bath mat or box of tissues there's nothing no shampoo barely enough toilet paper and when I draped my towel over me after my shower the towel ripped save yourself don't book

The sheets seemed clean and that is all I can say about clean
