Fehlende Privatsphäre und mangelnde Sicherheit im Zimmer. Keine Waschmaschine wie angekündigt. Frühstück nur minimal.

"Average at best. Seems like a good property poorly maintained."

Breakfast was the bright spot. Nice selection and great coffee always available. Rooms were OK and bed was comfortable. Good nightly rate for NY area.

Two elevators were closed for maintenance the entire stay. The men's bathroom downstairs was not maintained. There was a toilet that had overflowed and feces on the floor. I told the front desk but didn't see anyone move to resolve it when I was at breakfast. The hallway carpeting was very old and worn. The hotel windows were filthy and hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long.
