Location from College and shopping

The room was not clean properly. There was crumbs on rug which leads me to believe the rugs were not vacuum. The rugs need to be shampooed. There was a small stinch like foot odor. Bathroom had some mold and we removed it Clorox spray. The breakfast eggs were runny. Not cook properly. We had stood in this hotel before but the last 2 times was not pleasant. The last time we had no hot water luckily it was just overnight. I guess we are fortunate that our daughter graduated from the college and we don’t have to come back here again. Btw. The cleaning lady was observed in our room light a cigarette and then waking outside in rear when she saw us.
