I had to call the manager at 2 am some occupants were playing music really loud and talking loud and slamming doors, that kept us up for more than an hour. Not happy about it.

Good location. Bed was comfy. Room was clean except for the floor. 24 hr front desk (the fact that it was 24 hours, not the person at the desk).

The listing said "every room has a spa bath". I checked it numerous times before I booked, because I was surprised and SO happy to see that. That's why I choose this hotel in Stockton. When we got there after 10 hours of driving, the clerk thought I was crazy and told me there were no spa baths in any rooms. She didn't care that there had been false advertising. When we went up to the room, there was a standard tub with NO plug. We had to go get one from the front desk, and it leaked a lot, so the I had to keep filling the tub up again. There were 4 towels: 2 very small, 'regular' towels and 2 hand towels. I had to wrap with head with the "regular" towel and draw myself off with a tiny hand towel. There was no towel rack to put the wet towels on afterwards! No coffee machine, no microwave, no comfy chair to sit in, just an office chair by the desk. Hubby had no where to sit. The floor in the main room was dirty. The hallway smelled. A lot. In the morning, I went downstairs to the breakfast area...don't know what else to call this small room with tables and chairs. Nothing was served, not even coffee. Apparently they are renovating. The clerk asked me how our stay was, so I told him about my concerns. He did not take it well at first, but once I explained that customer feedback is how you make your business better, how you get more people to come to your hotel, leave good reviews and come back to stay again, he got it. and we had a good talk. Bottom line: Okay, you're renovating....no one told me about that when I booked. I came for the spa tub, and the lack of truth, service and client care means I won't be coming back. But this place has potential, and I hope they will take their customers' feedback seriously and make the hotel a success. Oh, and the spa tub claims have been removed from booking.com. Thank you. I booked the Suite and got a room with a Bed and a tub. The room was NOT clean. There were Hairs and Dust everywhere and the floor was Grimey.

The hotel is very well-kept, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast selection was great, and I loved starting my day with it. The location is also convenient, with plenty of places to eat and things to do nearby. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience
