There was no service in my room. I had no clean towels when we left for the day we came back and there was no cleaning done. I had to go down to the front desk and get towels for the next day.

The staff was friendly and caring.

The area is not the best. We went with a huge group of us and many of the rooms were dirty before checking in. Urine in toilet seats. Dirty towels and linen in rooms. Some of the beds weren't made up. Kinda looked like some rooms were forgotten to be cleaned...

Good hotel, very enjoyable stay overall

As a Diamond member, I expected much better service from this hotel. We were literally the only Diamond members in the parking lot, yet we received no recognition, no upgrades, and none of the benefits that are supposed to come with the status. Ms Zee was the staff the checked us in the room was extremely small and disappointing for the price and membership level. Staff seemed uninterested and did not care about loyal members at all. Very frustrating experience and definitely not what I expect from a hotel that claims to value its Diamond guests.

Great property. Not the fanciest but Clean. The staff was great. If you’re visiting the Lucy- Desi or the National Comedy Museum, this is the best location, maybe 3 blocks away. The Restaurant was ok. Recommended.

The room was decent for a night stay.

Great stay at the Doubletree. A shout out to Hayddon at the front desk - very helpful! Good central location downtown and in-house restaurant.
