Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes Region by IHG

Very clean. Beds were comfy. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Food was great and coffee delish.

Water pressure wasn’t great. Don’t like the barn door style bathroom door, didn’t make things very private. Room was cramped and not great lighting.

My wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness of our room, as well as the rest of the Holiday Inn.

We wish the pool stayed open a little longer. But we also understand that the pool area can get loud at times. Other than that, it was one of the best stays we've ever had. Thank you.

Nothing our three days were perfect.

Not only was our room not ready upon arrival, they had no king rooms which we paid for and reserved. They did reimburse us $50.

The staff was amazing. Roxanne at the bar was a pleasure and Nicole at the front desk was the best ever!

There is no changing room/bathroom at the pool area. Did not like having to venture into the hallway in a wet bathing suit to use the bathroom.

Breakfast was exceptional.

The room air conditioner was very noisy.

They charged for breakfast so I didn't eat there.

They were renovating the hotel. There was clutter in the halls and the smell of paint in my room.
