Quality Inn & Suites Syracuse Fairgrounds

Will not be staying here again. I booked this hotel in part because it offered breakfast, which was not mentioned at check in. I ended up finding out on their website that they do, in fact, offer continental breakfast. Room was dirty, both the bathroom and walls in the main room. And there is no maid service on the weekends, so all outdoor trash cans were overflowing onto the ground with trash. Which smelled terrible & brought flies. I do not recommend this hotel.

Please response back to my wife Maureen VanLare @ 585-503-6564, She was charged twice for the same weekend stay. She has called 3 times, each person says that the manager has to take care of that problem. thank you

Terrible bedroom room real dirty, bathroom smell bad, bed with hole and dirty

Place is very old there was no pool, beds and seating haven’t been replaced is 30 years no working vent in bathrooms. Breakfast just breads and apples. Will not stay here again

The water was brown , the water pressure was awful , super inconvenient having to walk all the way around the building to our room couch had stains the shower smelled like sewage water and I paid 150 dollars for one night on a Tuesday at possibly one of the grossest buildings I’ve been in the water really grossed me out it was brown in the sink

The room was filthy dirty. The whole room smelled of mold and there was mold growing up the head boards of both of the beds. There was animal toys and hair accessories left on the carpet from the prior stay. There was also about 20-25 people partying right out side my window on the sidewalk of the parking lot and at the entrance of the door I needed to use to enter the building. I felt very unsafe when walking in past them and having to ask them to slide over so I could walk up the stairs made me feel very uncomfortable. I also worried about my car being parked outside of my window because that's where they were hanging out and partying

I didn’t like that we couldn’t close the heavy curtains only the light curtains that let the light through in the morning

The beds were very comfortable. Looks like they’re attempting to update a pretty lackluster hotel.

There are gaping holes in the cieling of the hallway with falling debris. Continental breakfast could use some basics like coffee cups, cereal bowls, fresh milk for coffee and cereal.

We did not expect much for 100$ We just need to stop and sleep 4 hours

Was SUPER basic. Was not very clean.
