We had an amazing stay at the hotel — everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing and the location was perfect. A special thanks to Best, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The rooms are wonderful, and the staff are extremely kind and genuinely interested in their guests. The swimming pools are fantastic — you can choose between a livelier pool with a bar or a quieter one if you prefer to relax. There’s also the option to spend time on the beach. The restaurants are excellent, offering three different options, so there’s always plenty of choice. Breakfast is amazing — you can order from an extensive à la carte menu and also enjoy the buffet. All in all, it’s a truly top-notch resort: luxurious, friendly people, and great food and drinks!

We recently had our wedding at Centara Reserve Samui, and it was absolutely incredible. The venue, the staff, and even the breakfast were all amazing — our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful everything was. A huge thank you to Khai, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From helping us plan and prepare in the lead-up to assisting us and our 70 guests throughout the week, he handled everything with such professionalism and care. Anytime someone needed help during the week, Khai was there straight away to sort it out. We honestly couldn’t have done it without him — thank you so much, Khai, for making our wedding week so special.

Huge Disappointment! We paid a lot of money for this hotel, which is supposed to be one of the best on the island, but we were completely wrong! When we arrived, our room had blood stains on the bed sheets. The front desk moved us to another room but refused to offer any compensation for the horrible experience we went through. Do not stay at this hotel!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special stay. The hotel is truly the best in Samui — spacious rooms, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a spotless, beautifully designed space that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The atmosphere is both luxurious and peaceful, with every little detail thought out perfectly. The staff are beyond welcoming and attentive — always smiling and ready to help with anything. The breakfast selection was amazing, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach area, were exceptional. We were delighted to be upgraded to a private pool room, which made our honeymoon even more unforgettable. The hotel also offered us a complimentary late checkout, which was such a thoughtful touch that let us enjoy every last moment. A huge heartfelt thank you to Jean, Ai, and Michelle for making our stay so warm, personal, and memorable. You truly went above and beyond — we can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing resort!! One of the best experiences I have had worldwide in terms of luxury, service, food quality, atmosphere and location! Not a single thing to fault with this resort. 100% recommend!

Suite Room is magnificant. Staffs are welcome in all positions. I rather honour management team who is able to deliver excellent facility and services in all aspect.

Yet another excellent holiday in this amazing resort Quick shout out to White, Mam, Pooky all the pool team and the complete organisation White went out of her way to ensure every this was perfect Mam exceptional lady, cheerful and so happy to spend time every morning chatting while we were at breakfast The pool team led by Paul are an exceptional set of guys who looked after my partly disabled wife, each morning when we arrived at the pool/beach they were like a F1 team, moving in to get her to our sunbeams, ensure she was comfortable through out the day Pooky, always cheerful dispite her very quiet nature and asking for any comments on things that could make our visit better ! Over all another great visit Minor comment for Neil, have a look at the bath towels , maybe ned to invest in replacements as they are starting to look a bit ragged !

We had a privet dinner with Meen as our waitress and it was incredible, a lot because of him and the grate service we got...
