"What STAY???!!!"

Nothing didn’t get a chance to view the hotel

They cancelled my reservation without even calling me. They tried to charge my card without my consent and because it declined (due to it being lock) they cancelled my reservation no phone call no nothing! Horrible customer service

I think the breakfast could be a little more varied, muffins? Cereal? Fruit?

The breakfast was very constrained - toast, waffles and coffe! I mean, no eggs, no bacon, no cereal 😢

Everything.

The fact that I asked for a non smoking room and my room smelled like cigarettes or like the previous guest was a smoker. So basically I was given a regular room where smoking was allowed.
