Sheraton Greensboro at Four Seasons

Convenient of the restaurant, the only thing I really hate was the sheet wasn't hydroallergic friendly.

Was able to get late checkout. Was very accommodating

Huge and expansive great location.

Gentleman who checked me in was excellent. I reserved connected rooms for my brother and I and it was a very pleasant and professional service. Extremely helpful and the facility is excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton Greensboro. It was clean and quiet. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the airport shuttle. The bar/lounge downstairs was really nice, incredible drinks and great service. I didn’t get to use the pool because of inclement weather, but it looked very beautiful. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We just checked in and I recall booking a room with 2 queen beds and a couch that turned to a bed as well. I paid extra for 4 grown men as they are celebrating my husbands 60th bday ands 2 days at the Wyndham. They called and are in a tiny room with 2 double beds. Smh

As the housing coordinator for the Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ’s 106th Holy Convocation, I had the opportunity to work closely with the team at Sheraton Four Points in Greensboro, North Carolina. Coordinating lodging for such a large group is never easy, but thanks to the outstanding support from their staff—especially Denise Marble—it was a smooth and successful experience. From the very beginning, Denise was a pleasure to work with. She communicated clearly, responded promptly, and paid close attention to the specific needs of our group. Her professionalism and kindness made a potentially stressful process feel manageable. She was flexible with last-minute updates and always quick to offer solutions when needed. We did run into a few small issues, like last-minute changes and some room assignment adjustments, but Denise and the hotel management handled them quickly and effectively. Their quick action meant our guests were never inconvenienced, and I truly appreciated how they stayed on top of everything. If you’re planning a group stay in Greensboro, I highly recommend Sheraton Four Points. A sincere thank you to Denise and the entire team for going above and beyond to help make our convocation a success.

Well maintained and welcoming property. Very conveniently located, right next to freeway entrance. Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.
