Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort

I paid for a room with bunk bed. When I arrived I was assigned wrong room and front desk was closed. The next day they moved me but did not offer any credit or concessions even though they admitted to making a mistake.

Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Been staying at HHIB&T since I was a kid. Probably my favorite place to stay on the island. Just wish there were condos bigger than 2 bedrooms as our family keeps growing.

Overall the pluses include the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The pool was nice and the proximity to the beach was great. The minuses though equaled things out. We checked in to our room at about 4:40 and found that the air conditioning was not working. They knew about this issue but still put us in that room. We called about this and were offered 2 options. Wait until they get it repaired or move to another room. The second room showed signed of aging. The bed was small and uncomfortable and the bedroom was very small, to the point that you’d hit your ankles on the bedposts while trying to get around it. All the cabinets were covered in dust inside and out. The Hilton next door would have been a better choice for about the same price.

The Condo was old and tired, needed an up date with new paint so it was not so Dark. Microwave and stove were working but pretty old. Too much furniture till such a small place, made it very crowded.

Close to everything and easy to park.

We would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The space was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. The security was attentive and aware of vehicles coming in and out. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

A short trip to Hilton Head Island, staying at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort. The entire unit (in the Ocean Villas) was below average and run-down. Other than the sofa and stuffed chair in the living area, all other furniture was old and somewhat beat-up. Light bulbs were missing from fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom, carpet was old and dingy, floors creaked extensively, and the entire unit needed fresh paint. There was little sound insulation in the ceiling; not only could I hear a toddler in the unit above me running frequently, I could also hear adults talking in that same unit. I won't stay there again.

The ocean view was nice. The configuration of the unit, with the bedroom at the hallway/stairwell was not well thought-out. Preferably, the bedroom would be on the outside of the building.
