残念な点ばかりが多かった。 ・まず、予約完了後のメールで支払いを確定してください、さもなければキャンセルするという通知に、歓迎されているという気持ちになれず、最初から残念な気持ちになった。 ・オーシャンビューの部屋を予約し、期待していたが、 手配されたのが2階の低層階で、道を歩いている人と目線が合う、さらには通行人の話し声や、交通車両が走行する音が夜まで騒々しく、窓を開けて海の景色を眺める気になれなかった。 せめてレースのカーテンがあれば窓を開けられたのにと思う。 おまけに、浴室の窓には、ロールスクリーンタイプのレースのカーテンがあったが、路上の人からは、隙間があり、浴室内の一部が覗けるという考えられない状態。 ・浴室のドアが古く、閉めたはずがほどなくして勝手に開いてしまう始末。修理は簡単であるはずなのに。 ・受付スタッフについて。ホスピタリティのある丁寧で親切なスタッフは一人くらいで、他の男性スタッフは、不親切・不遜で愛想はよくない。なかにはわたしたちを無視するスタッフまでいた。 ・良かったと感じたのは、ロケーションの良さだけだった。（もう一ついえば、ティッシュペーパーの品質が比較的良かった） ・総合的に評価して、価格に見合わないと感じた。 ホスピタリティがあり、静かに夜を過ごしたい方には決してお勧めしない。 The overall experience was very disappointing, with far more negatives than positives. The issues started right after booking. I received an email demanding that I confirm payment immediately or my reservation would be cancelled. It felt cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the stay before I even arrived. I had high expectations for our "ocean view" room, but we were placed on the second floor. Being on such a low floor meant we were at eye-level with people on the street. Between the constant chatter of passersby and the relentless noise of traffic late into the night, it was anything but peaceful. I couldn't even bring myself to open the windows to enjoy the view. If there had been at least some sheer lace curtains, it might have helped, but there was no privacy at all. To make matters worse, the bathroom window had a roller-style lace screen that didn't even fit properly. There was a gap that allowed people on the street to see inside—an absolutely unacceptable privacy flaw. The bathroom door was also old and faulty; even when closed, it would just drift open on its own. It’s a simple fix, yet it’s been left neglected. As for the staff, only one person showed any real hospitality or kindness. The rest of the male staff were unfriendly, arrogant, and lacked any sense of warmth. Some even went as far as to completely ignore us.

View from my room (2nd floor) and location were both excellent. Decent breakfast and so close to do many restaurants it didn't matter there was no evening meal option. TV had BBC World. Staff friendly and polite. Bathroom modern and spacious. Windows provided good sound insulation and I didn't have any problems with noise at night. Room temperature was comfortable too (late April). Hotel also provided a partial refund as room was not available at time expected, which was really good of them.

Unusual request to provide credit card details via another website even though they had access to them via Booking.com. However they did agree just to take the card details that I'd already provided & Booking.com did confirm this is normal practice for this hotel. The danger is some people may cancel their reservation assuming the hotel's system has been hacked and it's a scam, but it isn't. Other than that no issues at all & would stay again/recommend.

Location is really great. Very near the old town. Room 25 has a fabulous view right down the beach. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff went the extra mile.

오래된 건물이라 대부분 감안 가능하나, 위생은 좀 더 신경썼으면 좋겠습니다.
