USThere was urine in the toilet, crumbs on the bed, mold on the shower curtain curtains. When the front staff was approached to rectify the issues, he was very hostile about the situation.
USUSEnded up checking in go into our room and it was the most discusting hotel I have ever been too. Cigarette Burn holes all over the comforters and pillow cases. Also the sheets were definitely not washed. Attached are pictures of the burn holes and dirt all over the bedding/sheets. Very disappointing when we were traveling and just wanted to get some rest. Ended up just leaving and booking another hotel across the street.

USThe evening checkin staff on Friday evening was great. Helpful, happy, efficient. Breakfast was waffles which were good
The room was disgusting. Stains on sheets. One thin top cover (not even a bedspread or blanket weight). Bed very uncomfortable--just a mattress on a frame, no box springs or other padding. Peeling paint in bathroom. Mildew in bathroom. Chipped tiles on floor. Rickety shelves. Desk chair nearly broken. Very loud outdoors. Location invites lots of extra people hanging around outside.
