The property was clean and nice!

Some of the outlets didn’t work in the room, and the only really big complaint I have is the AC/heating unit needed a good deep cleaning. Anytime it ran it would leave little black pieces on the bed

I honestly would like my money back from Sunday May 18th… it was awful … I’m a woman traveling alone… arrived late … mix up with the reservation that staff would not help with … lock on door was Broken , outlet beside bed was broken and there was hair in the shower… I didn’t shower. I left and checked into another hotel… I’d like my money back! $161.00

Location

Room wasn’t cleaned. Had condoms in it asked for a refund didn’t get it. Also booked a double queen and was only giving a handicapped accessible room
