El apartamento muy amplio y con una terraza de vistas preciosas. En general bastante correcto excepto las camas individuales que eran excesivamente pequeñas.

Lo peor fue la organización para poder acceder al complejo. Pasamos más de una hora para poder llegar, la ubicación y la app que te envían para poder llegar no eran correctas o no funcionaban y nos atendieron al teléfono casi de casualidad y sin poder solucionarnos gran cosa. Ciertamente después de un largo viaje la impotencia de estar más de una hora dando vueltas a altas horas de la noche para poder acceder es frustrante.

A structural problem like this (which will continue until the end of 2026) should definitely be mentioned in the general description to warn people. Had we known this, we would never have booked. The landlord, Rental Benidorm, accepts no responsibility whatsoever. Disgraceful. Furthermore, it took us over two hours to find and enter the apartment. Rental Benidorm sent incorrect directions, links, and addresses. The address of their own office is also incorrect. This made us panic and suspect a scam. Fortunately, Booking.com later partially compensated us.

Ligging en zwembad

Hels lawaai!!!van 8u.tot 21.!!Boren Boren Boren !werken gestard voor een nieuw mega appartement. Ramen moesten dus dicht blijven ,Smorgens om 8 u wakker geboord, gedrild!!Enkel een uurtje ophet terras om te lunchen , als iedereen effe ging eten maar ook dat niet fijn wegens geen zonnescherm!! Siësta bij familie niet te doen.!!Ook maar een 1 persoons lounge zeteltje...als we na hethels lawaai na 22u nog effe op ons terras konden.Wij verbleven in omschrijving luxe appartemen.voor 4personen.😬

Los servicios comunes, muy completos. El apartamento cómodo, funcional y espacioso. Aunque a final de Septiembre hay aparcamiento por la zona, el contar con plaza en el alojamiento esta muy bien.

Apartment was lovely although not cleaned to a good standard

Incorrectly advertised as states they have a pool bar in complex. This did not open once throughout stay. The main pool was also not open. The cleanliness of the apartment was not of a good standard. Dusty air con vents, sandy floor, unclean balcony

Uima-allas pihalla, ranta ihan vieressä. Asunnosta merinäköala. Ilmastointi. Hyvin varusteltu keittiö. Kaikin puolin siisti ja hieno asunto erinomaisella sijainnilla.

Konetiskitabletteja, tiskiainetta, pyykinpesuainetta olisi voinut olla talon puolesta. Sellaisia on turhauttavaa ostaa paria päivää varten isoa pakettia, joka menee suurelta osin hukkaan.

Last year I absolutely loved these apartments — I honestly couldn’t wait to come back again! The location of the complex and the view from the terrace on the 22nd floor are absolutely stunning — truly breathtaking and unforgettable. It really feels like a movie! The apartments themselves are beautiful, and the facilities around the hotel are amazing too — everything you could possibly need is right there: shops, cafés, restaurants, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. It should also be mentioned that the staff were very polite and always in touch. There were absolutely no problems with check-in — the administrator answered both messages and phone calls quickly and kindly 👍🏻 Deposit been returned without any problem.

What I didn’t like this time was the quality of some items compared to the price per night. It cost a couns and customers deserve for a good ones. There was a lot of damaged or poor-quality kitchenware — for example, all the wooden spatulas had mold on them, and many of the plates and utensils were chipped or scratched. The apartment has everything necessary for cooking, but it would be great to have a bit more kitchen equipment — for example, a simple bottle opener, a grater, and a few other basic utensils. The air conditioner didn’t work. At least we couldn’t manage how it should work. Also a few blinds on the sunny side were also broken, and there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the drains, which made it hard to sleep at night.
