Arrived late at airport and taxi could not find the place as it wasn't on Google maps! After an hour of driving around my son got location on Apple maps, then at 3 am door code we were given was wrong one only for concierge we would not get in. To use pool you need a wristband which was not provided and had the embarrassment of being told to leave pool area, had to find someone and pay a deposit The taxi driver rang the agent and she couldn't tell him where property was.

Bouwwerken naast het appartement van smorgens vroeg , je komt voor de rust tijdens je vakantie en dan wordt je wakker door een bouwkraan en vrachtwagens die heel de dag lawaai maken !!! Bar niet open aan het zwembad

Estimados/as Sunset drive Benidorm Por medio de este escrito, deseo expresar mi total descontento con el servicio recibido durante mi estancia en el apartamento alquilado (Sunset drive). Considero inaceptable la falta de consideración y profesionalismo ante un problema que afectó directamente la comodidad y bienestar de mi familia. Se me alquiló un dúplex en el último piso sin aire acondicionado en pleno verano, a un precio elevado y bajo la promesa de condiciones habitables que no se cumplieron. Además, el técnico que revisó la unidad confirmó que el equipo llevaba tiempo estropeado, lo que demuestra que conocían el problema previamente y aun así optaron por ocultarlo. Ante la situación insoportable, solicité un cambio de apartamento o una solución inmediata, pero no recibí respuesta ni alternativa alguna, lo que agrava la negligencia en el servicio. Me han dicho que como recompensa me dejaban 1hora y media mas, como si eso recompensará el mal rato y el calor que pasamos durante 4 dias. Aparte me retuvieron 400 euros durante mas de una semana por la fianza de los pisos alquilados.

The apartment was fantastic, had everything we needed and was spacious, it was like a home away from home, the location was quite good too, few minutes from the beach and away from the hustle and bustle

It wasnt clear from the booked that we had to collect the keys from a different building, that was the only issue i had as we arrived late at night

logement pas du tout propre et très peu approvisionné en ustensiles de cuisines. très décevant

Die Glastür ist auf mich gefallen und hat mir ein massive verletung am Fuß verursacht wegen der ich 1 Monat im krankenstand war.
