"Exceptional"

We went to the JR Ward event, and the hotel was easy to locate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. My friend that was with me was handicapped and a walker chair even though she could not get it into the bathroom she was able to get to the toilet because she could hand on to the sink to get to it and the bar was within reach. To us, it felt like you were home.

I think the doorways should have been a little wider. But other than that, I have nothing I didn't like about the stay or the place.

The staff was great and the facility was perfect for the even we attended!

Our ac in our room didnt work, but the problem was resolved quickly by staff with a room change! And breakfast was not great and could use some improvement.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful.

When we first arrived, got our key to the room the door wouldn’t open. They was a phone in the hallway so I called down stairs and the staff came up tried to get in and couldn’t. So the staff went down changed my room and brought me my key. Got into that room and they was bugs flying all over the room. The air conditioning was leaking so if you go near the air conditioning you feet would get wet. The beds was clean and no bed bugs but they do need to fix the air conditioning
