Great location. Air con was a blessing. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Great and efficient room service.

Pillows slightly too soft but I'm sure that they could have been changed if we'd bothered to request this.

The room was enough for all 3 of us (as my Mum is disabled) so couldn’t stay in a room on her own so we were all in the same room. There was a variety for breakfast

Location and very friendly staff

I didn’t realise that the pool was no longer open which was disappointing (especially as it was about 35 degrees the day that we arrived). I’d defiantly recommend re-opening that as it was a great asset. Other than that, we had a lovely stay

I booked after looking online for a hotel with spa, this was the main reason for my stay as a little treat to myself, was disappointed to find when i got there that only a fittness room was available,

"Expensive for an average hotel"

Perfect location

Not worth the cost and food was average pub food at best the price of the stay was 5star but the hotel is dated and basic also the staff always seemed busy talking to each other rather than serving and even though one night was £240 they charged for parking

Very friendly good location nothing was too much trouble free ice cream on a very hot day a lovely touch

Evening menu poor .quality of tonic worst I've ever had ,hence went elsewhere for G&T
