Quality Inn & Suites Richfield

It was a nice hotel in a very pleasant area. The bed was SUPER comfortable, and the pool was really good!

The facilities were quite dated and need of some serious upgrades. We had peeling paint and a broken towel rack in the bathroom, but by no means a deal breaker. It was a nice stay and good value.

Rooms were old and dirty I had chapstick under my sheets so that means sheets haven’t even been changed stains all over the carpet

Breakfast wasn't bad and the staff at breakfast was nice

Dead Spider was in the pull out bed, they then gave us sheets after a staff was supposed to bring to us, never did so had to go down again and then they gave us some that were not even clean, the hallway smelled really bad also

There's an indoor pool, hot tub, arcade, mini golf course, and a giant kid's play place! The breakfast buffet was pretty good. The cleanliness and staff could use some work. We got a different room then the pictures showed and described. The halls smelled terrible. Housekeeping didn't make our beds or give us more toilet paper.

We checked into our room to Discover the air conditioner didnt work when the average temp. was 95 outside.the tv remote didnt work. The toilet seat was broken and pinched your leg .The shower was unreal. As no matter what you set it at the water would change to hot and cold randomly scaulding you or freezing you constantly through out the shower. We changed rooms but had to sleep in separate beds because the were out of kings. The new room was by the pool. It reaked of chlorine. The air "sorta" worked. But the shower did the same thing, our key card wouldnt work and were kept up past 11pm with screaming kids at the pool. Breakfast was amusing eggs n sausage patties were served 3 days in a row with waffles being the other option. Whole trip was really sad really

This hotel looks like it was built in the 70’s and has not once been updated nor deep cleaned. Literally the carpets are original and appear to have never once been shampooed. Ceiling tiles in the lobby are bloated and discolored from water leakages. No elevator. Some doors simply don’t work. The shower backed up so bad that I turned off the water while I shaved my legs and it had only retreated by half. Corners and edges never vacuumed. AC unit dirty. The lounge and the pool concessions are both defunct. And one of the most insane things: all guests must wear a bright green wristband while staying at the property. What the actual…????!! Check in took like 15 minutes, complete with them taking an actual photocopy of my license and credit card. Booking this place was a HUGE mistake. I wish we had kept driving in our trip or even backtracked to a city to avoid this disgustingness.

Customer service is non existent! I broke down in NY at 6pm and messaged them at 7:19 explaining the situation and that I obviously would not make it, and now 2 weeks later, still no response!
