"It was an average hotel and I think I’ll be staying elsewhere due to the cost of the parking and the quality of the slee"

The check in and check out were easy. The elevators are fast. The people who work there are friendly and professional. Parking was easy. The restaurant in the hotel is convenient for eating in and taking food to go. There was complimentary water in the lobby and some water bottles if you’re a member. They allowed me two extra hours for check out as a member. The location was pretty quiet and convenient for Irvine.

The parking is 39.00/night. The toiletries bottles in the bathroom were not super clean. The shower heads and water spray were not the greatest. The beds were old mattresses with sunk and unsupportive areas. The comforters were weirdly wrapped with a sheet on top and bottom instead of a duvet cover.

"Above adequate, but the place has huge potential."

I only had a to go breakfast sandwich which was awesome and the Thanksgiving dinner. Two meals were about the best I've ever had. Style and cleanliness of the hotel and restaurant.

I don't understand the 100 dollar per day deposit which so far both the deposit and the room rate are pending and processing on my bank account. After two free bottles of water upon check-in, good, The standard price of 5 dollars or 9 dollars after seemed a bit unkind.
