Staff lied when I called and said pool was open then got locked out my room where the key didn’t work they tried to reprogram it but it still was broken

Had trouble checking in for over an hour. Used my card at the hotel for what I thought was a security deposit but then they said they had an error on their end. Swiped a card again and got both cards charged on top of paying already on Expedia. Check in was a mess and paid over $200 for an $80 room.
