"Exceptional"

We were very worried that we would hear the planes all night, but we didn't! It was very quite and very clean. The Staff was absolutely lovely! This hotel was also only a 10 min drive from the convention center. A Wonderful visit and we will definitely be staying there again for next year's convention.

Was very dirty. Toilet seat needed replaced years ago. Floor dirty. The bed rolls you to the middle in a hole and it’s hell to pull yourself out. We didn’t sleep all night as we pretty much laid on top of each other in a bowl. Horrible experience. Hallways and elevators were dirty as well. Floor looked like it isn’t been swept in 2 weeks.

The only benefit of this place, it is near the airport

They don't serve breakfast unlike what they mention, I saw the guy almost naked in the hallway far from the pool, The room was stinky and dirty

"Never again it was Disgusting!"

Nothing it looks condemned on the outside. The room was nasty and they didn't have continental breakfast like was stated online. I contacted yall soon as I arrived and didn't hear back until I call yall back again

There was what looked like a homeless person roaming the halls of the hotel, peoples car getting broken into all while it a security guard is on duty. Nothing felt secure, the bathroom was nasty. The tub had nasty dark stain all in it the toilet seat was nasty the clothes rack was hanging off the wall

"Wouldn't recommend"

Hotel is dated, wasn't clean like many other hotels I've stayed at are. AC didn't blow cold air, TV turned on but had no channels. When plugging in cell phone chargers behind nightstand, you can see all the dust, crumbs and even an empty chip bag so housekeeping clearly doesn't do a good job of cleaning.
