Nothing except leaving

Everything,no lights in pool area or doors that close or aren’t held open by plywood. Breakfast was awful. Carpets are filthy thru out the whole building.

When we booked we were told that we can cancel any time and pay upon arrival but then we got a call saying that if we don't pay now they will cancel our booking. We also requested a crib and were told that it will be provided but when we arrived there was no crib available.
