Booked room last minute, while worker at the desk was nice, i got to my room to and noticed how dirty it seemed. stains on the sheets and curtains. Bed seemed comfortable, and worked in a pinch but would not recommend staying unless absolutely necessary

am writing on behalf of our group following a deeply disappointing and concerning experience during our recent stay at your hotel. We had reserved 17 rooms, expecting a standard of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality that was not met. Throughout our stay, we encountered several serious issues: Poor Overall Cleanliness: Multiple rooms had stained bed sheets and signs of inadequate housekeeping. In some cases, rooms did not appear to have been properly cleaned before check-in. Expired Breakfast Items: Most alarmingly, yogurt provided during breakfast was found to be five days past its expiration date, which is a clear health risk. Unfortunately, one of our group members became ill shortly after consuming it. Lack of Maintenance: General conditions throughout the hotel—including common areas and bathrooms—reflected poor upkeep and neglect.

I'm a non smoker so I don't like that their smoking area was out the front entrance.....the hall carpet looks filthy

Location, right off highway. Front desk personnel were friendly.

The room was dated and had a lot of suspicious stains on the walls, curtains, upholstery

DO NOT GO!! Pictures do not match what the rooms really look like. Arrived with my family of 5 for the weekend for an event. Rooms are clearly older dark rooms which isn't great but not always a deal breaker. HOWEVER, the first two rooms we were given smelled of animal urine. While checking the beds my sister saw black spots on seams of mattresses (bed bug residue?). Checked my room mattress and found brown stains on sheets and mattress. Interestingly, the front desk called the room and asked if they were okay which made me think they were aware they are not in good shape. Told her we could not stay in these rooms because they were not clean. Gave a second chance and requested another floor thinking better rooms higher up. NOPE! Same smell and mattresses still not good. Stains and questionable black spots again. We were starting to feel like bugs were crawling on us. Decided it is not worth the risk. Being a holiday weekend we were scrambling for rooms at other hotels with tired kids who were looking forward to a weekend get away and swimming, which by the way the pool was closed for "Maintenance", who knows what was in there. Could not find another hotel that wasn't $200 a night and this hotel said they could not refund our money immediately, that it will be 5-7 days to go back into bank account. In the end we had to drive 3 hours every day back and forth from home to attend our event. Now waiting on money to return to account so we're out a total of $500 until it does!! If for a weekend or delayed flight, DO NOT TAKE THE RISK, DO NOT STAY!!!
