Bad odor n the room and a lot insects too and I had an emergency and I wanted to cancel my 2 day I was going to stayed thr but they make a big deal and I didn’t got a refund back

Fue fatal porque no me quisieron dar factura, pues en la app me cobraron $68 y ellos menos entonces dijieron que expedía me había cobrado de más y por eso no me daban factura, la habitación estaba sucia pedí que la limpiaran y nadie llego, el gerente un grosero y me atendió de manera abusiva y grosera

El aire acondicionado no trabajaba muy bien, no enfriaba a su totalidad, el remoto del tele tenia las baterias muy debiles y no se podia controlar, dicen que hay recepcion de 24 horas pero salimos a la 4 de la mañana y no habia nadie.

For me it is an Ok hotel, the "resort" seems that it is a bit overstated. But is an ok hotel. The rooms are clean, the airconditioning kind of new (room 134) a well-equiped bathroom that works and a huge bed, which was very comfortable. I would invest in pillows though. Great pool if you have kids. Alcohol is not permitted in the premisses.

We loved the water slide; our son spent hours on it. The beds were very comfortable. Our second floor room had nice view of the gardens. Parking was close and convenient. Check in and out were very fast. Great hotel for the price.

Las habitaciones son propias de hoteles de paso , o sea en malas condiciones , el servicio de la telefonista mal , muy mal . Pedí una toalla y jamás llegó

Opción para descansar, muy buen precio por medio de hotels.

Muy buenas habitaciones si reservas las Premium, las habitaciones normales no son tan atractivas
