The front desk associates was very kind and helpful, and made the check-in process smooth and quick!!! The room was immaculate, extremely comfortable beds!

Nothing, none of the ice machines work, other than the 1st floor. Staff should have said that at check in, instead I had to find out the hard way. The room was very dusty, curtains were dirty. Ac unit was whistling all night.. But for $96, I got what I paid for😂😭

Very first time going to a comfort Inn. The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming. I was mostly shocked by how nice the rooms were especially the bathrooms. Even though my partner and I were only here for one night, our stay was very nice and will definitely return to this hotel in the near future.

Nothing, I need a refund and compensation for going through a terrible time when I had my mother staying with me. When I arrived bathroom was not and I had to report it, hotel smells like dogs and not service dogs. On May 30th hot water went out in entire hotel and I have recording of me talking with desk clerk about it and he said the manager wouldn't be back until Monday and gave a number to call and it went directly to fax machine. I was in room 215.

The hot water heater was broken. Staff didn’t notify us of the problem and still allowed us to check in….Major hotel with no hot water. Nasty!

It was clean and the room had a really nice flat screen tv.

There was no hot water because the hot water motor was broken, but no one told us this, we had to find out once we were in and staying already and took the initiative to ask, which is a pretty sucky thing to do. Also the breakfast options were extremely limited, and there were a lot of random loud noises that happened at night, so honestly probably not going to come back.
