Quality Inn Ada near University

Parking was wonderful, right at our door! Front office lady was very helpful and came to our room to fix the TV when it would not come on!

The hotel was OK other than the septic was stopped up

It was nice and after a long drive I enjoyed stopping by their bar to have a nightcap.

My room was very clean. Plenty of toiletries, towels etc. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. As I had a small dog with me there were no issues. Very quiet at night made for easy sleeping. Wasn’t much choice for breakfast but with the pandemic that’s understandable. Would definitely recommend.

I was a little disappointed with the continental breakfast, but given the pandemic raging across the nation I totally understood the need to protect all patrons by using only wrapped pastries.

For the price, in the last minute decision, I guess everything was fine. If you’ve ever walked into a place that has a sleazy motel bar, this is reminiscent of that. As we checked in, Def Leppard “pour some sugar on me” blaring in the background through the glass door, with an obviously drunk couple staggering into the bar. As they swung the door open you could hear people yelling expletives. So check in was entertaining to say the least. One in our group was asked where she wanted to stay, as if we had a clue where the rooms exactly were, and she said away from this in the kind of noise. We were put at the far end of the west wing. Between us we had three rooms and two were on the inside I was on the outside. It was actually a quiet night, and the heavy curtains fully blocked out all the light from the large window. There’s an ironing board and iron, a small coffee maker, a larger flatscreen TV and a refrigerator. The bed linens were clean, the bed was reasonable, and the air conditioner have the constant fan button, which I truly appreciate to keep air circulating and to have white noise in the background. That said, everything seem to be 50+ years old. Dingy, the towels were so thin they could barely hold the water off your body, faucets were dingy, mildew was in the bathroom, etc. nothing was awful, especially at this price point, but they could probably do a whole lot more business if they refurbished these rooms. As I checked out for our group, there was a cat meowing in a cat carrier by the checkout desk. Apparently they’ve been feeding the cat and the cat has been coming in and out of the place and I guess they got tired of it because they were now calling animal control on the kitty that they caught. I hope it finds a home, because it was a sweet kitty. Sad to see that happen, but not really sure what you expect if you’re feeding the cat and expecting it to maintain people like boundaries of not entering the hotel.

It was great as far as cleanliness today but the only thing was the other guests in our area were very rude. But that’s not under our control

The desk clerk was nice and welcoming. Did not get enough help about breakfast. I finally found the info on a sheet of paper in small type about type of food offered. This was when checking out. While bath and sink areas of room were clean, there was a cracked sink that could be hazardous. Sleeping area clean. Dust in other areas was there for awhile. Room ac did not work. Outside of building in need of some upkeep.

The bed was to hard bad comuncation about no house keeping in your add it says breakfast no breakfast i think if you're not going to offer these things you should get discounts but the beds need to be a little more softer it was like sleeping on the floor

We liked everything it was real quite and very nice
