Great room and facilities. It was just a passing stop. It wasn’t in a particularly convenient area if you wanted to go out for dinner. Despite being close to the freeway and me being a light sleeper, if was quiet.

Nothing. Usual great Marriott service.

The desk person (Jessika) was helpful and fantastic, as was the person (Kit) working at breakfast. Really appreciated their great attitudes and kindness.

A great property with a kitchenette. Very well equipped.

The property was right next to a very busy interstate which prevented a good nights sleep, even with the A/C on.

Rubbish left behind by previous guests was not cleared. WiFi was unstable. WiFi could be lost for more than a day. No kettle. The bed was not firm. No room cleaning during the 3 days stay.

I am deeply disappointed with how my booking was handled and the disrespect I experienced. I reserved a room with two beds, as confirmed in my order, but was given one bed and a dirty, unprepared sofa. When I raised this with Bryce, instead of fixing the issue or offering another room, he told us we could just leave—at 9 p.m., leaving us to find another place to stay. Not only was my reservation not honored, but the dismissive attitude shown was unacceptable. This is not the service or respect any guest should receive.

Merced is prone to crime, I found out after staying here. My vehicle had bikes mounted on a rack. It was parked in the handicap spot right outside the lobby entrance. When I came out in the morning the steel cables had been cut. Theft had been attempted, but luckily they were not able to get the bike off the rack. Front desk hotel said yes this happens. They said that security camera was not working so they had no footage, car was parked right in front of the camera. They asked us to file a police report. Police were unwilling to come to the hotel and wanted us to drive to the station instead. Overall we felt unsafe here after this incident.
