Very clean and conveniently located. The breakfast and service were amazing!

Tara has been extremely amazing and helpful with everything I needed she has been at the desk solo the whole time I’ve been here an I couldn’t ask for better customer service I’ve never been treated so nice at any other holiday inn even with the lobby being completely full of people she helped everyone with a smile on her face an never once got overwhelmed by it definitely recommend when she’s working.

Everything, I love this hotel and the people that work for them. They are always amazing 💜

Check in was smooth, clean, the toilet paper holder was broken. The outlets didn't work that well. The hotel didn't say anything about house keeping or when they would come by. I have stayed at this hotel several times as they are close to some elderly friends. Despite the fact I am a Hilton diamond and could have stayed at the Hampton Inn for less money in an upgraded room - I chose the Holiday Inn based on past experiences. BIG mistake. The first room they gave me (229) was filthy, I wouldn’t even sit in the couch. There was black mold in the bathroom. The washcloth on the sink had visible black stains on it. I Wii attach pictures We went to the desk and were given a new room (205) a cast improvement but still substandard. The woman who was Lounging in the chair at the desk next to the woman who checked us in - was rude and belligerent. I tried to show her the pictures but she was uninterested. Here’s the quote- “Are you staying or checking out”??? Since I was attempting to get to see a very ill friend I didn’t want to waste my time changing hotels. The next morning when I was leaving the room to checkout, she came down the hall towards me - glaring at me - turns out she’s in charge of housekeeping. My advice- find somewhere else to stay- this property is suffering from

The Hotel was extremely clean only thing seemed like the restaurant had limited food selection and the ice maker on the fifth floor broken but otherwise it was perfect
