La colazione è stupenda

Purtroppo, per errore, chi ha fatto il check in ha segnato sulla custodia delle tessere per l'accesso alla camere che la colazione era compresa. Io non ricordavo questo dettaglio e ho fatto colazione in hotel. Al check out mi sono stati addebitati 42€ per la colazione che era stupenda, ma non poteva valere tanti soldi. Ho pagato ma la cosa mi ha infastidito non poco.

Chambre très confortable et luxueuse, mais mon arrivée très tardive(grève des aiguilleurs du ciel) ne m’a pas permis d’avoir un accueil à la hauteur de l’établissement. Petit déjeuner quelconque pour le prix.

Accueil impersonnel, personne pour m’aider à porter ma valise alors que l’accès au lobby est en haut d’un escalier.
