"Für den Preis von über EUR 250 / Nacht: deutlich Luft nach oben"

Das Hotel wird dem stolzen Namen nicht gerecht und fällt hinter anderen Steigenberger Hotel deutlich ab.

Hart-Laminatboden im Zimmer, uralte, riechende Teppiche in den Fluren (zumindest in Etage 7)

Der Eingangsbereich des Hotels ist wirkt nicht einladend. Der Raucherbereich direkt am Eingang. Immer wieder Müll bleiben auf der Rasenfläche davor liegen. Grünpflanzen wurden aus Töpfen gerissen, und verbleiben so 2 Tage
