Very nice hotel, clean with plenty of space in the room. Found the pillows were very soft but asked at reception for firmer pillows and they were a lot better. Bathroom was very spacious and shower was really good. Area around the hotel was quite lively and we found lots of good restaurants and bars. You can walk into the city centre in about 20-25 minutes and we used the Köln-Süd train station to get to Phantasialand (Brühl) which was only 15 minute walk from the hotel. Did not use the hotel facilities so cannot comment on them. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location, lovely room, spacious, has everything you need for a fair price. I would stay here again.

It is a bit loud. You can hear both traffic outside, neighbouring rooms closing doors, people walking through hallway, staff cleaning it....
