I liked that the property offered many different facilities such as an indoor pool, bbq grills, free breakfast, and a fitness center. I also liked how all the staff I’ve talked to were friendly and willing to help in any situation.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the property. When I first got to my room I saw crumbs on the kitchen counter, hand prints all over the body mirror, and a very bad odor in the kitchen. The elevators are all dirty and have hand prints all over for the whole time we were staying, the pool smells and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while with all the stuff floating in it and it’s bad odor. The grills outside are all disgusting and look like they’ve never been cleaned; they all have burnt food on the grill screens which make you lose your appetite just looking at it.

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. I actually stayed on points and it was a fairly low point amount compared to some. This hotel shares the same building with the Fairfield. It shares the same pool, fitness center, and breakfast area. There is also a lovely outside area with a fire pit. My room was a 2 Bed studio. The room was a nice size. The bathroom was also nicely designed. Everything was clean and functioning properly. The breakfast was actually very good as hotel breakfasts go. There was a choice between quiche and breakfast sandwiches on a croissant. The rest of breakfast was the usually breads, yogurt. Bananas, apples, oatmeal. There were some scones and other pastries. The staff was very professional. Housekeeping was great and they did give me water for being silver elite. That’s always a nice touch. I would stay here again without hesitation. It’s on a major road close to multiple restaurants and stores.

Very clean. My husband and I only stayed one night as a midpoint stop in the way home. We did online check in with the mobile key and that was very simple. The hotel can be a maze to find the rooms/ elevator but it is unique. Lots of food available for breakfast. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was updated and nice

The swimming pool taste really strong of pool salt and got my skin rash and burning skin. The shower glass window not have door to slide the water is everywhere in bathroom floor. The breakfast seems not very healthy tooo greasy and too much cheese.

After driving all day, we decided to stop here for the night. Choose the TownePlace Suites (used points ) and didn't regret it. The gentleman that checked us in was welcoming, friendly and explained the amenities and layout. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was right off the highway and parking was plentiful. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast but it worked fine for us.

The suites are amazing!! It’s like staying in a condo. Kitchen, big bathroom, lots of room. Doesn’t feel like a hotel at all. Super clean! Highly recommend

I rented a suite with my family for the weekend to celebrate my daughter's graduation at PSU. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the lobby to be very clean and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean and the continental breakfast was very satisfying. Our stay was wonderful and we would happily return for future stays!
