Beds were comfy

Hot tub didn’t work so water had nasty film unsanitary couldn’t use after very long day, towels very rough bathroom too small. At price breakfast should have been free

This hotel is NASTY The rooms smell horrible, really bad We even asked to move to a different room, to our surprise the second room smells even worse The mattress has yellow urine stains The pillows smells like like dog It’s really dirty and gross The bathroom looks worse than a gas station bathroom, not sure when was the last time it was cleaned I am so disgusted and disappointed We are here for parents weekend and now we cannot find another hotel I am afraid of bedbugs DO NOT STAY HERE

Property was clean, well kept, staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Room was clean, bed was about ready for a new mattress, pillows were good. Parking lot was very cramped and small. No breakfast included with room, no complementary coffee that I could find other than in room and putting $50 on you card for possible other charges is not appreciated. They said it will be refunded less any other expenses in three to five days. This is unacceptable.
