Very nice facility and people. Loved the atmosphere and ammenities.

Wanted first floor but last minute booking made that impossible.

The staff was very friendly,, the rooms where very clean, the breakfast was great.

Bathroom stool would not flush properly. No ice vending machine. No snack vending machine. Additional $15.00 per person breakfast fee.

The staff were great. My wife has celiac and the kitchen staff were honest to let us know that they could not ensure cross contamination wouldn’t happen. . The room was clean. Whirlpool had hair floating in it. The toilet in the room seemed like it was only about 12” off the floor. Next time, we will get a handicapped room in hopes that the toilet is taller/higher. It was just too low.

The location is good, and the front desk staff was excellent and accomodating.

We had to switch rooms twice. Once was due to an unknown stain on the bedding. The second room was clean but smelled of smoke and had cigarette ash on the window sill. We called the desk to let them know about it because they have a smoking penalty that we didn’t want pinned on us. The clerk politely offered to move us to another room.
