Hilton Geneva Hotel and Conference Centre

My boyfriend and I visited Geneva for my birthday and had a fantastic experience. We checked in on my birthday (April 25th) and were met by Eve at the front desk. She was absolutely excellent—not only was she super accommodating from the start, but she remained incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay, answering all our questions with a smile. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. While the hotel isn't located directly in the city center, it wasn't an issue at all. The hotel provides a link for free public transportation, and we found the bus and tram systems very easy to use to get in and out of the city. Highly recommend for the service alone!

Quality hotel with large well appointed rooms. I particularly loved the in-room Nespresso machine and the high quality toiletries provided. Very friendly staff. Free WIFI, international TV channels and smart phone casting made it easy to stay connected with the world. Easy to get to from the airport (walk or use the free shuttle). One bus or train ride from Geneva central station.

No dealbreakers (we’ve stayed there before and will again), but there is no full length mirror in the room (I got around this by using the mirror in the lift) and not enough towel rails in the bathroom if you want to reuse towels. The glass bathroom door (mix of clear and opaque glass) can be off-putting, as it reflects onto the mirrored wardrobe door (which is a mix of opaque and mirrored glass), so you can feel a bit exposed if you’re not travelling alone.

Im Zimmer 619 sind die Fenster nicht gut isoliert. Man hört den Baulärm und die Flugzeuge.

Stayed for 2 nights on a solo trip. Stayed in an executive room which was clean, modern, quiet and spacious. Had all the amenities you expect. Breakfast was plentiful with lots to choose from. The transport pass was so useful. The number 5 and 8 buses take you into the centre of Geneva ( bus stop 5 minutes walk away). There are a lot of roadworks due to the tram expansion so the journey takes longer than usual. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes and can be found on the left as you exit the airport.

This is exactly what you want from an airport business hotel: efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The location is a major advantage—minutes from the airport with a smooth shuttle and quick access into the city. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and well set up for work, with good desk space and plenty of outlets. Facilities are stronger than expected for an airport property, including immaculate newly renovated rooms, solid gym, indoor pool, and good breakfast. It’s easy to stay productive without leaving the hotel. Service is professional and responsive. Not a destination hotel, but a highly functional, dependable base for business travel or transit in Geneva.
