Staff was nice

The hotel feels very outdated and definitely does not match the standard of a 4-star property. The carpets had an unpleasant smell, and the room was small. They also charge an expensive parking fee even just to unload luggage, which felt unreasonable. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very poor and far below expectations. Overall, this experience was nowhere near the level of other Hilton hotels we have stayed in.

Le personnel était très pro, gentil et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour un monsieur à l’accueil (je n’ai pas regardé son prénom, un monsieur chauve d’un cinquantaine d’années je dirais. D’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme qui font plaisir. Merci monsieur pour votre accueil) La salle de sport était parfaite également. Nous aurions aimé qu’il nous soit précisé que le bon de 10CHF pour le restaurant OXBO était exclusivement réservé pour le repas au restaurant. Nous avons mangé là le midi et n’avions pas encore reçu ce bon car notre chambre n’était pas prête. La dame a l’accueil nous l’a donné lors du check-in sans précision. Content de ce bon, nous voulons l’utiliser le lendemain matin pour le petit déjeuner. Il nous a malheureusement était dit qu’il n’était pas valable pour le petit-déjeuner donc. Dommage.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Geneva! The hotel was excellent, but what really made our experience special was Nabil at reception. He was absolutely fabulous — so welcoming, helpful, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Highly recommended, and a big thank you to Nabil for the outstanding service!

There was a free bus to the airport

The pool that was marketed was closed for 6 months. There was not milk in the rooms for the tea or coffee. The halls were littered with the same room service trays throughout my stay.
