Had such a great experience at this hotel. The front staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had accidentally booked the wrong room online but Mirasol and Denise went above and beyond to help us switch to the room we actually needed. They were so understanding and accommodating, and made the whole process quick and stress-free! ☺️
