"Good!"

Had some loud neighbors, but asked to move and the hotel upgraded me to a great room with quiet neighbours.

Renovations were annoying! Didnt know before booking that it was under renovation.

"Adequate but not worth the price"

The security

The room was obviously not to their standards for the price. It was looking a little run down especially the bathroom door. Booked the hotel because of the pool and parking to only find out the pool no longer exists since 2025, restaurant was being renovated, no room service, and had to pay an additional $45 for parking. The rates in Vancouver are very high but without these amenities I should have booked a cheaper hotel.

"Very disappointing start to my big Canadian trip"

Location. Very easy to get around

Far too noisy. Single glazed? Traffic noise and outside noise relentless. Indoor noise work and door banging relentless. Carpet from lift to stairs almost impossible to roll suitcases over. Stairs to bedroom level not told about no help offered or given. Senior with chronic arthritis left to my own devices
