Nadat we een paar dagen in Winterberg verbleven en het ons zo goed beviel in ons geboekte apartement Bybesa, heb ik nog een nachtje geboekt in het Hotel van Center Parcs. Bij aankomst bleek dat ik een fout had gemaakt en dat ik had geboekt voor 1 week later. De receptioniste gaf aan dat we dit niet konden wijzigen maar we konden wel een kamer voor 180,- boeken. Dit omdat we het via Booking.com gereserveerd (voor 106,- euro)hadden en we moesten dit regelen met booking.com. Wij hebben met Booking.com contact gehad en die zeggen dat we het echt met Center parcs moeten regelen. Na drie mailtjes gestuurd te hebben en ook een mail van Booking bleven ze weigeren te crediteren. Kan dus niet zeggen dat ze klantvriendelijk zijn of service gericht!!!!

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Es ist für alles gesorgt und in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Unsere Zimmer müssen vor kurzer Zeit eine Renovierung bekommen haben. Zimmer und Bad waren in einem guten Zustand.

Das was jetzt kommt, ist nur jammern auf hohem Niveau, außer man ist Kaffeetrinker 😄. Im Aqua Mundo gibt es Kaffee aus einem gut sortieren Kaffeeautomaten mit Selbstbedienung, aber leider nur gegen Bargeld. Deshalb hier an Kleingeld denken. Die Duschen im Aqua Mundo sind nur gering gegen die Privatsphäre geschützt, da diese genau im Durchgang zum Schwimmbad und nur mit einem Sichtschutz abgetrennt, liegen.
