After checking in, the room i was given was not ready (hospitality was still working on it at 5 pm). They have me the room next to it, which was fine. The next morning, when i went to speak to someone at the front desk about staying another night, no one was at the front desk ...

The lobby was fine but the rest of the property looked like it needed a good deep cleaning. The sheets were fine but the comforter had stains on it. Additionally, in one of the drawers we found a previous guests things.
