The staff was very nice and helpful. Every issue was handled right away. The pool was the best part of the hotel

The overall cleanliness of the property could have been better. There was a lot of trash in the pool area. Also the rooms look nothing like the pictures

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet on our floor. We slept great! Dark in the rooms but we like that!

The pool near the bar was a bit much (because the parents of the kids were too busy screaming while at the bar to their children in a pool from across an entire room) a tad ridiculous on the parents ends- believe it or not there was many parents doing this . Very loud swimming area while having dinner/a drink

"We came for a little getaway it suited the purpose if you don’t plan to swim or use hot tub"

"felt disgusting after swimming the whole reason we chose to stay there"

The swimming pool and hot tub were absolutely gross, the swimming pool was cold and after we said it was cold they never told us how to push a button on the wall nor did mai fence come u til a bus load of basketball players came , we got locked out of our room at least 5 times with keys not working , kids gone out of the pool that was freezing, and we had to stand there for at least a half hour because the batteries in the door lock were dead! They did offer us another room but the next morning our keys weren’t working whenever we had breakfast in our hands! I told the worker at the desk upon leaving we told them about their pool the night before all they did was offer a snack snacks for our kids after they were literally swimming in pubic hairs!

Hot tub was delightful Clean clean

Cigarette buds on exit driveway landscaping needs some fresh me up! I used to be a landscaper. Your entranceway is always the first people recognize and remember.
