Comfort Suites Olive Branch - Memphis South

The facility was very clean. The staff was nice and attentive. It was quiet and really relaxing. I will definitely book here again.

It was great, clean room, spacious with extra couch/sofa, nice bathroom, everything worked. We will stay there again.

My husband and I was at home in Olive branch looking for hotel, with a Jacuzzi tub. We Found one on my Hotel.com site. I told them that the room on the picture of the hotel has one, on the video at hotels.com they have a Jacuzzi tub that’s the reason why we chose this particular hotel. We called reservations on the phone before arriving. They said two rooms was available. Got there cannot have a Jacuzzi room, but it was a big misunderstanding, but they did fix the problem and they gave me the upgrade for $66 but then charge my card $100 for incidentals normally I thought they would just hold the charge. She actually charged my card. The state was OK. We did have a little mold in the bathroom. I had to bring bleach from home to clean the hot tub and eat professionally cleaning because of a lot of people being in there I wonder do they sanitize and clean good I had to run the bleach water at least twice in the tub before getting in. It was mold in the bathroom shower. There isn’t any now because I had Clorox bleach other than that, the hotel is really really nice. The breakfast was really really nice. I enjoyed my stay. I just did not want to spend $216 for one night on a room that was not worth but maybe $87 For one night…

Bad/Annoying Bed proximity to wall made it difficult to move in/out of it Pool was closed because “maintenance was supposed to come fix/clean but didn’t”. This was one of the two reasons we chose this place Payment mixup at check-in , but was resolved Good: Breakfast was good Staff was decent Noise level was good at night
