"I love the dining room and amenities."

I always stay there but this time I was not happy with the room. #209 had a very squeaky door and the black out drapes kept coming open- had to push close with pillow as room is on walkway. Also all the bus people went in and out and being by the door, it was so noisy‼️

The front desk person was very professional and friendly.

Our room was next to the highway, a Dunkin Donuts and other bright lights. It did not have curtains to block all the lights all night, nor for our privacy. It only had a see-through, sheer material. I've never been in a hotel room that didn't have a way to block the view of the public looking into the room! And it stayed bright all night from the parking lot lights and business lights. The coffee maker in the room didn't have a place to be plugged in. I don't know why it was set up where it was bc we had to find a spot across the room to plug it in and squeeze out a space for it near the plug. Suprising these basic things were not thought through.

Love the big dining/ breakfast area. It’s easy to get on and off the Pennsylvania turnpike. Staff is very accommodating!

I didn’t like that they installed mini fridge without freezer but I totally understand!
