Not comfortable beds We were tree people , had things only for one.

The location is great, with easy access to downtown and PSU. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The beds, while small (full size, not queen), were very comfortable, as were the pillows. I appreciated the ability to connect via text. We needed more creamers, we texted, and we received them in our room within 5min! I also appreciated having a fridge and a microwave in the unit. The breakfast was very filling and had enough variety for all of us (although it would be even better if it had a cappuccino machine). While the beds, linens and towels were clean and in good condition, the room didn't seem as clean. It just wasn't meticulously clean, as I could see dirt in the corners, especially in the bathroom and near room walls. Also, the shower needs to be updated. A lot of water was still coming out of the lower spout, giving the shower less volume and putting too much water too quickly in the tub, which means it would fill up even as you were showering with the drain open. For convenience and affordability, I'd stay here again.

Although the property was extremely clean, it was a bit dated.

Employees smoking outside of rooms. There should be an area away from the rooms especially near handicap rooms. It’s very inconsiderate. Heater did not work;,however they fixed it right away. The other room I had, maintenance entered not giving my mother in law a chance to respond and get to door. Location was awful. I previously stayed at this hotel a few years ago and was in the same location. I asked to not be in that location again and we were put there again. Hotel was booked so they were unable to accommodate. Pool was very cold. Gym equipment out of order

The rooms & the Toilets need to be redone to maintain the quality & service

Swimming pool indoor is good Overall is it good stay, however initially they gave a room very backside of the hotel which is very bad and isolated, it looks like it is a motel not a like hotel. Later I asked them to change the room then the have given a good room in the hotel, that is good room, thanks

Great location beautiful atmosphere and clean and cozy and quiet room. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious with great service!

It was so gross so bad I couldn't even stay i didnt feel safe, it needs remodeled badly!!!

The room could have been nice enough to spend the night
