"IGNORE THE REVIEWS!! NOT TRUE!!"

I am a Lifetime Diamond. Ignore the other reviews!! The place is not really clean. The inside of the elevator was dirty and extremely beaten up. The hallway carpet is pretty gross. We had mold in the bathroom shower on the edges of the drain and also in between the glass. The sink did not drain at all. Our TV did not work and we called downstairs. They told us they will call the engineer. We waited for 30 mins and nobody showed. We called again they said we will call again. We waited another 30 mins and nobody showed again. We went downstairs to see what the heck was going on. There was only a new guy left at the front. Everyone went home. My husband was not happy. The new guy finally came up and FaceTime with the manager to fix the TV. It took over an hour. Breakfast- the floors are very dirty and sticky. The food was good, but we were pretty grossed out.
