The hotel didn't have any breakfast or coffee that it had on the website

Key was tricky to get it to work. I asked another guest and he said "Good Luck, We switched rooms 3 times." Dead bolt on main door AND to adjoining room wouldn't shut. The shower had NO WATER, NONE!!!! I would have switched rooms but at check-in she said they were totally full. There was supposed to be breakfast but sign at check-in said No Breakfast. There was NO remote for the TV and I looked everywhere. I was only there 1 night and would have complained at checkout but the desk was empty in the morning.

The room had a terrible musty/moldy smell. There was black mold around the shower perimeter sealant. Both the bar and the kitchen were closed all three days we stayed there. The swimming pool was open but was definitely colder than it should have been. There was no ice machine operational on any floor. The receptionist had to go into the closed kitchen to get us some ice.

The property is definitely no where like the photos , no breakfast as stated , gym looks like equipment thrown in there just to call it a gym , property around the place weeds and dirt everywhere, really need to update photos or make property look like photos PS list a sauna also not working

Everything is dirty, the outside and inside. The smell is indescribable. There is no breakfast (which is stated on their page) nor bar area. We wouldn’t have ate anything from that place anyways. Our bed was broke to the point if we were to stay there we wouldn’t have been able to sleep on it. The spiders in the room were huge, bugs everywhere. It was so bad we left and went to another hotel an hour away. The manager did give us a full refund.

Outside property looked shabby and worn. Inside of build very old and out dated. Room was clean and flooring was new and nice. Pool looked lovely but heater was broken.

Front desk covered in signage. NO TOWELS NO BREAKFAST and POOL HEATER BROKE. Also got coffee at the front desk and condiment area table was filthy with stained coffee and dirt

Pictures on website are from years ago. The place is run down and room smelled like pure mildew.

The room was relatively clean, if a bit rundown. The woman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful.

Where to begin? The listing includes "breakfast", an "on site restaurant" and "heated pool". They did not serve breakfast, the on site restaurant evidently has been closed for over a year, and the pool's heater was busted/non-functioning. They also somehow ran out of towels while we were there. The place is considerably run down and in need of repair. It's a same too because it looks like at one point in time this was a top notch facility.

What hotels.com said was not what the property offered . Booking had breakfast included - but the property only had coffee. hotels.com advertised a pool but - there were no pool towels and a water warning for the pool. So essentially another misrepresentation. Key cards don’t work and during my 8 hour stay- i had to go thrice to the reception to have them re- programmed and they still did not work .
