The first room I was sent too was on the side area and it was wide open. I was scared to go I. So I called front desk they came and moved me to another room. It was very late at night so I didnt wanna go to another hotel. The front desk gave me another roo. And it was better but I was alittle nervous throughout my whole night stay, I couldn't sleep.

I like that the staff was very nice

The Hotel had no air and the front desk told me and i quote " we can't afford the piece to fix it now, but we are close" ! He then informed me that they had NO rooms available! As I begin to inquire about the un-tolerable heat. i ask why did they not inform BOOking.com to inform them of the outage. i have always had great experiences with you all and i know that from past experiences that your company would not engage in unacceptable conditions such as that. The temper was 97 degrees that day
