Location, staff, room was great

Breakfast could be more versatile

Sve je bilo čisto,čak i više od ocekivanog zaista. Osoblje je mnogo fino i sve ti lepo objasne i vrlo su ljubazni. Lokacija je odlična ako zelite da budete blizu Etna sela. Doručak je više nego odličan,sve preporuke i radijemo se ponovo dolasku.

I watched the pictures before reservation and booked the room, while the pictures do not match with the reservation. My reservation was a superior room which I paid for, while hotel personnel messaged me one day before to take standard room because a family needs my room while we were only 2. I accepted with one condition, that my room is going to have same stuff like my previous one. At the end my original room wasnt as expected from the pictures and when we complained they said that they saw it one day ago, while I made my reservation 15 days before that and when hotel messaged me then I asked if they have the jaccuzi as in the pictures and if it is working, they replied positive regarding that. When we still complained then they started to find other excuses and blammed booking for the picture mistakes. Still, they could see my question and compare it with my reservation and answer that my room doesnt have stuff as in the pictures, but they told opposite and confirmed their pictures. At the end, staff was so unprofessional telling us that we should read what room has in it, well, they should post real pictures not fake ones as there are some people that are watching pictures that go with every room. After all, I do not recommend this as they are very unprofessional and fake. Breakfast was very moderate. We were talking on my native language, then they suddenly changed on english offering some other arrangements, but in the morning before my arrival. When we arrived they didnt offer any other arrangements, they were just blamming booking and taking excuses as it wasnt their fault. The bathroom didnt have a lid on the outlet, lid was broken and I find it dangerous to shower with hot water while there is an open outlet.

Уредно је, чисто, храна добра, особље љубазно.

Недостатак козметике за туширање (своју заборавио), мањи број доступник канала на ТВ-у. Спортски ианали нису откључани.

Smeštaj je bio odličan🥰 čista soba, prostrana, udoban krevet… hrana je isto tako bila odlična👍
