"Good location, very disappointing room."

It was clean and a good location. Airport bus stop out front was good. Wifi worked well.

The room was extremely small we could not even open up two medium suitcases, no air conditioning, the hairdryer was about to blow up, no mini fridge, no ice upon request at front desk told to “go to Tacobell and try your luck.” Room not made up until late afternoon (5pm) when we had been out for the day and it was not done. Charged high rates for very basic accommodation.

"location"

The location is excellent at the junction of Princes Street and Lothian Road, giving great access to central Edinburgh, the hotel was quiet and clean and served its purpose. All central Edinburgh hotels are a bit pricey, so by those standards this is actually good value,

A bit of a weird building, obviously two buildings joined together, lack of breakfast in the hotel but options nearby.
